Shamanic study trip to
the basin of the Amazon in Peru
Awakening the consciousness

The shamanic world of the Amazon is full of magic and beauty, imbedded in the natural powers of mother earth and the spirits of nature and cosmos.

Again we will travel to the jungle together to attend to our inner processes and personal growth and development. This time we will visit a very kind shaman who was an important mentor for me about 20 years ago. If I think back I see happy and intense times at my home, among my family and in the number of seminar circles we worked together. His name is Don Augustin Rivas. Several years later he became a well known “celebrity” in the European shamanic scene.

This trip is a “Farewell journey” to Don Augustin, who at 78 years of age still happily roams the Amazon jungle. It is a journey for all of those who knew him and worked with him and for those who would like to meet him.

This journey is aimed at people walking the path of shamanic learning and understanding. A special space with the focus on investigation of the consciousness will be created for our group. Due to the extraordinary demands of the jungle and the deep level of shamanic experiences which will unfold it is absolutely necessary to be in a very stable physical and mental condition for anybody considering participation in this journey.

We will live and sleep in a camp about 2h boat ride from Iquitos.

There we will have the opportunity to participate at four nocturnal healing and visionary ceremonies. This is a very special experience of the ancient traditional knowledge within its original setting of the powerful jungle and its inhabitants.

The optimized administrative setting together with a very attentive and personal attendance for your outer and inner journey enable shamanic experiences of extraordinary depth and power, in a protected and guided environment.

It is absolutely necessary to have experienced shamanic work previously to this seminar.

Approximate itinerary:

• Flight to Lima

• 1 night in Lima

• Flight Lima – Iquitos

• Transfer to the camp

• Camp stay for 10 days

• Return flight with overnight stay in Iquitos including visit of a traditional herbal medicine market

• Flight Iquitos to Lima

• 1 night in Lima (possibility for shopping and sightseeing)

• Flight Lima - home
